Why we do what we do
For more than 800 days, people all over the world have witnessed the result of decades of dehumanisation: displacement, abduction, and mass murder of innocent civilians on an industrial scale. At Justice and Relief, we hope to aid the amputees in Gaza, children and adults, who lost part of their bodies because their homes, tents, schools, hospitals and markets were targeted with missiles. These missiles, the AI systems of war, drones, jets, "intelligence" and much more are in part a result of the "innovation" in of our institutions, including the TU Delft. This is why we, as students at these institutions, felt a pressing responsibility that transformed into Justice and Relief. It is not just the TU Delft that contributes, in part, we are all connected to these terrors.
Now that you have landed on our page, we are able to help these children walk again. Gaza has the highest density in child amputees around the world, all within a country with most of the infrastructure destroyed. However, together with you, we have hope, but only if we all work towards justice, and relief.
